When are you open?

We accept bookings every day of the week. However time slots are limited on some days & time.

 

How far do you travel?

We love to travel!! A travel fee will be added for outside of the surrounding counties serviced based on mile radius.

 

Can additional characters be booked?

Of course, be sure to pick each character wanted on your request form before submitting.

 

How do I book an Inspired character appearance?

Step one is to complete the Character request form, so that we can check for availability. Once availability is confirmed. We require deposits or full payments depending on time of booking vs your scheduled date needed. Once complete you will be officially booked!

 

What if I don't see the character I want?

It's simple just inquire & we'll let you know if we can add to inventory.

Policies:

To book, you must have your date, time (we arrive & start at the time selected, not when guests arrives), and location. If this is a site such as Chuck E Cheese, Pump it Up, Incredible Pizza, etc., please confirm with establishment that characters are allowed inside of premises.

 

Once availability has been confirmed, 50% of package price is due for parties scheduled within 30 days or longer and remaining balance will be due 10 days of scheduled party date . Any parties booked less than 30 days of scheduled date must be paid in full. All bookings are Final/Absolutely NO refunds.

 

Business Hours for events are Sunday-Saturday from 9am-5pm. If services are needed before or after these hours, it will be considered VIP services & an additional $45 will be added to your package.

 

A travel fee will be added based upon mileage outside of surrounding counties. 

 

You may reschedule at a (1) time courtesy for unforeseen reasons at the owners discretion. 

 

Enchanted Toons loves the kids and we will provide the best service in which at anytime anyone (kids or adults) are being mean such as kicking, punching, pulling, etc.,toward the character(s) we will forfeit the party.
